Eligible paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being billed. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current billing period
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges — if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period
- Technical issues — if a verified technical problem on our end prevented you from accessing or using the Service for an extended period
- First-time charges after trial — if you forgot to cancel before your free trial ended, we may issue a refund at our discretion if requested within 7 days of the charge
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the subscription has been active for more than 7 days
- Failure to use the Service during the billing period
- Downgrading to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle (you retain access to the higher tier until the period ends)
- Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service
6. How to Request a Refund

- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are issued through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
