When you import, upload, paste, or otherwise add subscriber contacts to the Service (including via the Audience Add-on), you represent and warrant that you have obtained valid, explicit consent from each contact to receive email from you, and that your collection and use of their data complies with all applicable laws (including anti-spam and data-protection laws such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM).

You are solely responsible for the contacts you add and for every email you send through the Service, and you use this functionality entirely at your own risk. PromoLinks.me does not verify, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, the source, accuracy, or consent status of any contacts you import, or for any messages you send to them.

You agree not to upload purchased, scraped, rented, or otherwise non-consented lists, and not to send spam, deceptive, or unlawful messages. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have uploaded contacts without proper consent or misused the email features, we may immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice, and no refund of any fees (including the Audience Add-on or any subscription) will be provided. You agree to indemnify and hold PromoLinks.me harmless from any claims, damages, or penalties arising from contacts you import or messages you send.
